The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Guidepoint in Oct 2019
Interview
Decided to ignore previous glassdoor reviews and go in with an open mind. Unfortunately they are all true.
Interviewers are uninterested and unwelcoming
They really drill you with their old fashioned questioning style as if they were a big 4 firm 20 years ago
They expect you to know the ins and outs of the financial world and the company from the outset
Uncomfortable experience
Offices are stuffy and the stair way smells of urine
Looks like an u healthy place to work, too cut throat and depressing atmosphere
Avoid at all costs.
awesome! very quick and easy, make sure you know about the role and the responsibilities within the role. great opportunity to meet different teams and see how they function, also great opportunity to see the different leaders and the qualities that helped them succeed
One screening call, and one session with three to four interviews with fellow project managers, team leads, and the head of the office, and then a take home assignment, and a call to discuss this assignment.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is an example of a challenging project you handled and how did you tackle it?
phone meeting with HR, then meeting with team members and case study. The case study involves researching industries and finding experts. Make sure you have a decent understanding of what the company does.
