Phone screening with HR, followed by two rounds of in-person interviews with Senior RAs and RAs. After mentioning that I could not make a full-time commitment throughout the process and being assured it was viable, I was given a verbal offer. However, management changed their mind and made full-time training a requirement, subsequently withdrawing the contract. Clear miscommunication between HR and other offices, wasting the time of candidates.
HR interview for first round, asking basic behavioral questions. Second round is with your manager asking prior experience, why guidepoint, why you, why would you fit in this position. Overall an average interview procedure
