Gespräch mit Mitarbeitern und Leitern sehr angenehm und respektvoll. Auf Geschäftsführungsebene hat man sich komplett respektlos behandeln lassen müssen und als erfolglos bezeichnen lassen müssen für eine langjährige Karriere in einem Unternehmen in dem man kontinuierlich Marktanteile erhöht hat und Marken Awards aufgrund strategisch erarbeiteter Rebrandings und neuer Produkt und Marketingstrategien gewonnen hat. Keine Wertschätzung gegenüber den Mitarbeitern wurde schon im Gespräch mit anwesenden Abteilungsmitarbeiter deutlich.

Usual conventional interview process, first round a VC with HR and second on-site interview with the direct supervisor. Was requested to do a presentation to summarize the whole interview in a PPT format.
