The timeline was disjointed by months at a time for managerial role, the team then asked for projects as the final step, wanting to follow up weeks later to review and go over them in a formal manner with no prep.

They asked for an entire budget and labor forecast with a >1 week turn around.
They used an AI software to interview. I think these softwares are completely awkward to be interviewed by. Taking the time to go through the application process, but someone can’t take the time to interview you.

Interview
I was contacted via email by the Sr. Manager of People & Culture. She and I set up a time via Google Meet for prescreening. A couple of days later, I was scheduled to meet with the hiring manager. I met with her via Google Meet as well and wasn't selected for the position.
