The initial screen with the recruiter went really well, but the interview with the hiring manager was a bit disorganized and unproductive. They showed me a platform used daily containing what seemed like private, internal information from a current client of theirs including things like EIN to give an example of the type of work that would be done.
Then they pulled my resume from a folder containing the resume of another candidate that included their full name in the title, and went through my resume and asked sort of random questions that didn't have much to do with the actual role itself. Overall, it gave me a lot of pause with the lack of regard for information privacy for both prospective candidates and current clients. Heard back that they would not be pursuing my candidacy further maybe 3 weeks after the second interview, but I would have declined regardless.
