I applied online. I interviewed at HEQS Group (Smithfield, New South Wales) in May 2025
Interview
The interview process was professional and structured. It began with an initial screening of my application, followed by a detailed one-on-one interview. During the interview, I was asked about my previous work experience, skills relevant to the role, how I handle tasks under pressure, and my approach to communication and team collaboration
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at HEQS Group (Manila, Manila) in Apr 2025
Interview
A listing was posted in a group for the village I live in, since I'm pretty much qualified for the job I sent an application. They responded within the day which I found odd. The initial interview lasted 10 minutes and went so smooth you were usually just asked yes or no questions about what you have in your CV. I tried to research the company that posted the job ad in indeed.ph and didn't find a website for the listing. I only found info on them after the initial interview so while waiting for the final interview invite I did some more research after they gave the company name. Saw these reviews, then saw the invite and there was a Chinese name for the meeting participants. I could see the exploitative practices from miles away. Add it with the reviews here and I'll have to move on to the next.
