The interview with the Hodinkee technical staff was reasonably standard. However, because of how the selection and screening process work in this particular case, it was not too technical but rather a culture/behavioral interview. It was calm, warm, and ran well. The questions were interesting, and the feedback does the coding challenge was enjoyable as well. Culture/behavioral questions aside, they seemed very polite, and it was enjoyable overall.
