Initially had a telephonic interview. As part of it, two employees took it. Went well, more R&D sort of questions on Test Managment, Test Automation, Questions on previous employment history alongside with problems faced and resolutions on those.
The second interview was also a telephonic interview, this time two employees with a technical background. Questions were on test automation framework design/development, API/ Mobile/Web UI testing with different framework approaches.
Third and Fourth were face-to-face discussions with Development Manager and QA Manager separately. They looked at past experiences, troubleshooting skills, decision making and logical thinking.
Finally HR, not much Q&A, brief on my roles, package discussion and then finally they have rolled out my offer!
