I am from a consultancy.my first 3 rounds were held in Consultancy last 1 interview was in HP building.Overall good experience. 3 face to face rounds and one online aptitude test which was very easy to crack.

Normal Questions like: Why tech support? Tell me something about yourself?
Easy level, intro technical questions related to pcs , communication skills accent , how do u handle stress , strength weakness, bsod questions , bios questions, customer satisfaction, overall easy level with min qualify metrics
It was good easy and very well comforting i have really enjoyed the experience because of the punctuality of hiring people and how nice they were to be RT pleasing
Basic communication skills and computer skills. Nothing much. It's all about communication. Simple HR Type interview.
