This was a one day process. There were 4 rounds basically.
First With Lead Developer
Second With Technical Architect
Third With Technical Project Manager
Fourth With the HR.
They rolled out the offer after a week.

Question 1
Team lead asked to write a lot of small code snippets. The architect asked to debug existing code issues plus explain the recent usage of any design pattern.

Demoró 2 meses aproximadamente. Todo el proceso se hace a través de internet por la pagina principal de hp. Tuve 2 llamadas telefónicas por parte de RH y luego hice mi entrevista en el site.

Was manly on core Java. Focused in current projects, understanding of requirements and big picture an dhow some of the complex issues were resolved mainly to do with FTP APIs
