Got a call from the recruiter for an interview , attended the interview with 3 people in 2 rounds, interview went absolutely fine .. they asked me what's the bare minimum you will agree to work .. this is super cheap question from someone who is at director level in the company - I just replied atleast they should be able to match my current renumerations and perks. After the interview , it's been over a month ..they never replied to my feedback queries. This is very shameful on their and insulting to the candidate to keep them at bay. The perfect word for their recruitment pricess is "horrible".

Online first. Then again online. Then offline. Then hr. Cordial. Last group int with 5 or 6 people. Took over 1 month for the whole process to complete. Offer came 2 weeks later
