No of rounds: No clarity
First HR connected and told only 2 rounds of interviews, 1st round and client round.
After finishing 1st round they shared a test (unexpected at all) need to complete in one day. I thought it will be part of first round and completed in 24 hours.
Either HR team doesn't know how many rounds, or they are not transparent at all. Expecting feedback from HR is become sin now a days. If interview negative, they don't even send a message also.
They asked me small discussion to take review of test which will be no more than 20 min. later when I joined call there were 3 people ready to take on me with whole lot of questions (technical 2) I wasn't prepared for that. After 40 min, Coding part came. They asked me to write code I have written in my way and got the result; interviewer denied and asked me to write in the way he desired. This is pathetic and that's why this company is not growing with these narrow-minded interviewers. These guys so called Architects (sr employees) they don't bother about change happening in the world, they want old fashioned way writing code without analyzing the logic.
Worst interview panel, with narrow minded seniors who think they are intellects. Waste of my whole time and effort
