      ASM- Assistant Store Manager Interview

      5 Jan 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Chicago, IL
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HUGO BOSS (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2014

      Interview

3 interviews and very difficult and long process. They want to weed out people. It's a very difficult place to thrive. Client books needed for sales. Base is very low but can make up for on commission but if you have no customers then you won't thrive and just fail. They say what is needed to get you in and there is not room for growth. Upper management is poor.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How would you deter a client who isn't a slim fit into a more comfortable fit for his body type
