I applied for the apprenticeship with a written application. After my documents were accepted, I completed a few online quizzes and recorded three short videos answering different questions. Afterwards, I was invited to a Welcome Day at the headquarters, together with three other applicants. During this day, we had the chance to meet many people from Human Resources and I also met my future trainer. The atmosphere was very friendly and familiar. We worked on small projects, had a short trial session, and even shared a meal together. It was a great experience. At the end, we were told that we would receive feedback soon. About a week later, I got the call that I had been accepted. I was so happy, I could hardly believe it! Before starting, I also joined a pre-boarding day, where all new apprentices got to know each other better. Now I have just finished my first week at HUGO BOSS, which was full of introductions, team building, and learning. The start has been wonderful, and I am very excited to begin my apprenticeship as a tailor.
