Pretty straightforward process. Had one in-person interview with three people. They have printed out questions. Interview took 45 minutes, including time for my questions. Got an offer the same day. People are nice and knowledgeable in their fields.

It was one of the most uncomfortable interviews I have ever had. I was interviewed by the Manager and two others. The interview was conducted via Teams, but everyone had there cameras off. It seemed as if they were reading from some script and lacked personality in their delivery and questions. By the last set of questions, I pretty much checked out and was praying for it to end. It was so awkward. One person was nice and seemed human, another person was so proper that it lack authenticity and the last individual seemed like he didn’t get any sleep the night before. He spoke way too low to be heard and I kept having to have him repeat the question.
