Even though I had a contact employed at HRT as a reference when I submitted my application and resume, scheduling the interview was a week longer then expect. HR rep was waiting for an Executive to get back from vacation prior to putting anything on the Executive's calendar.
Interview was an intimidating 5 on 1 panel setting. In which all panel members' questions were scripted and no one willing to break script as I attempted to lead the interview.
While the HR rep escorted me out, I asked about when I could I expect a callback if selected, I was told one month. Callback occurred nearly two months after the interview. Making me think that I was not their first candidate for the position. There were two additional (personal) red flags during the interview that led me to believe that the culture and work environment is not a good fit for myself. Other than the delays in decision making and the repeated-n-scripted questions from the panel.
