Interview
El proceso de selección consta de dos etapas principales. Primero, se debe resolver un caso práctico, en el cual se evalúan las habilidades analíticas, la capacidad de resolución de problemas y el enfoque estratégico. Posteriormente, se lleva a cabo una entrevista con el equipo, donde se exploran aspectos como la experiencia previa, los intereses profesionales y el ajuste con la cultura de la empresa.

Well rounded and engaging good interactive interview. Provided considerably good time to respond to questions. Eagerness to know the applicant in detail also giving the opportunity to the applicant to ask questions.

Interview
The interview included the head of the department and a representative of the HR department. We first talked about the role in general. Then I was asked specific questions about what I would do in certain situations. Lastly, I was informed about the contract framework. It was a friendly atmosphere, very encouraging.
