I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hanover (London, England) in Feb 2022
Interview
Interview was a few months ago so it could have changed but it was fairly simple. Submitted an online application and then was interviewed by two team members online for about 30 minutes. I was then scheduled to do a longer panel interview but I dropped out as I was offered another job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked a lot of questions about where I saw the political field going, what the key priorities were etc. Very forward looking questions
Initial 30-minute Teams interview, followed by written assessment (2nd stage), then a panel interview with senior team members (final stage). Staff members in interviews were always very personable and made sure the interviews were not a hostile environment.

Question 1
Questions around backbenchers/ who is up and coming in British politics at the moment and why.
Two stage interview and written test. Asked a lot about the current political climate, and a few situational questions that are relative to the industry. First round of interviewers seemed uninterested and unenthusiastic, but second round of interviewers showed genuine interest in what I had to say.
