Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you did not have a positive interview experience. I can understand your disappointment with not receiving an offer. I am sure your recruiter had also hoped to extend you an offer at the end of the process but ultimately the final decisions are made by the hiring managers based on their clients’ research needs. We do understand that our process is extremely rigorous and time consuming and we appreciate the time you have invested in the process. I’m sorry that you felt that we were disrespectful of your time. That was not our intention at all and we will be more mindful of setting clearer expectations in terms of timelines in future.
