One round of interviews.
General questions asked such as "What is a weakness you have?" or "What is a recent challenge you overcame?".
After first round of interviews completed, conversation with 2nd in command.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hanscom AFB (Lexington, MA) in Feb 2024
Interview
Very poor. Job was not clear. The interview process was very confused. It was way too much irrelevant info given about the job but not enough info related to the position.
You would meet with one of the supervisors, and proceed with the interview. Afterwards, they give you a walk around tour of the center. The interview process doesn't take long, and are quick to call back if hired.
