I interviewed at Happiest Minds Technologies (Pune) in Jan 2020
Interview
Date - 25 January 2020. Interview Location - SB Road, Pune. They invited people for Interview and asked to solve the programming test first. Test took 45 minutes and it was not that hard. I solved all the questions and submitted it. after waiting 30 minutes for a result the lady came and called some names of candidates and said "You can GO" in front of everyone, without even giving any feedback. It sounds Patatically rude. The first thing is it feels like they blindly asked candidates to "GO" because Afterall it was a programming test on Paper and they supposed to discuss answers in the interview. Maybe Happiest minds outsourced the interview Panel and choose Pathetically Unprofessional and unskilled people to conduct process. In this way, It will be really hard for Happiest minds to find actually talented candidates. 'Happiest minds' is a Big name and have a really good reputation, I request them not to ruin the reputation by the hands of unskilled interview panels.

They took 7 rounds of interview including HR interview but no offer letter is released.
I have wasted 2 days time to attend the interviews there.
Day one --> Initially there was a test with multiple choices after that 4 technical rounds of interviews and followed by 1 HR round.
Day Two--> They said it's a client round interview but actually its not a client round of interview.. they wasted my whole day and at the end pf the day they took my interview and asked some questions from concepts like which I haven't mentioned either in resume or I don't working experience.
