2 day interview, first day group activities and one on one. Second day training. Second day seemed a bit of a waste, was only 2 hours when it was meant to be a whole day event. I feel like this could of all been done in 1 day and felt like people who travelled and needed to book a hotel wasted a lot of money. Seemed a bit unprofessional.

I have applied on company website sending my CV. Secondly I had a phone interview including questions about company, next I was invited to Manchester for 2 days for a group activities, 1-1 interview and retail training. Next day I received an e-mail with results.
