Smooth interview process. The interview process was well-structured and easy to follow. The interviewers were very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout. They asked a mix of scenario-based and job-related questions, mainly focusing on how I would handle different customer situations. There was also a written task where we had to draft emails, which was a nice way to assess communication skills

2 stage interview, telephone interview with a scenario and then a competency based in person interview, very easy and interviewers were very welcoming, it didn't seem to deter the interview that I had no experience in fiance until this point

Attended assessment centre, consisted of a presentation about the company and role, a tour, then an interview and roleplay which was about 1hr in length. Interview was friendly in tone & gave good idea of what the job involved. Heard back next day with job offer.
