two stage interview:
First stage discusion with hiring manager about HL and my experience - Profesional and well managed.
Second stage
part 1 - competencies: Discussion with Hiring manager and product manager about my experience in leadership, mentoring, colaboration etc. Well led, interviewers were interactive and listen to what I said.
Part 2 - Technical interview: Discusion with an engineer and a manager from different department. No hiring manager or HR person present. The Interviewers seemed uninterested in my skills and experience and it felt like they were expecting me to tell them what they do. Unclear questions and interview left me with feeling the interviewers were anoyed doing the interview.
