I had a half hour phone screen, that seemed to go really well. I was very qualified for the position, based on similar past experience. I was given the impression that I'd be contacted in the next week to set up and on-site interview in Milwaukee. I never heard anything back from anyone. I've followed up several times in the following weeks, and they couldn't even send back a canned response email letting me know the position was filled or eliminated. The position is no longer posted, so I have to assume my answer. This is absolutely not the right way to treat any candidate, but certainly not a candidate with an extensive professional background.
