After phone screenings the interview was a round robin format with team leaders. Typical interview questions, but a lot focused on how much you pay attention to detail. Then they have a case study which was odd, basically a he said she said scenario.

I applied through University. I emailed my CV and covering letter to HR representative. I heard from them within two weeks of applying and was invited for the panel interview. Panel interview consisted of two managers and HR representative. I passed the first round of interview and was invited for assessment stage of the recruitment process. Whole process took two weeks.

Received a call through job portal.The recruiter had been very professional and systematic in his approach. Process had been well planned. Difficult. Three four stages of interview followed by a Gallup test which was 1 hour long. Good experience.
