Hart Square Manager - Projects interview questions

3 interviews - First with practice manager, second with HR consultant and last with the senior management. Questions were mostly about your experience, personality and knowledge about the NFP sector. First interview was a very basic 1-1 with the practice manager, second was a more detailed interview with the HR consultant and third was the final stage - an interview with the 2 managing directors and CEO.
