The Process: I completed two rounds of interviews. The first round was engaging and left a very positive impression of the team and the role. The second round, however, felt noticeably different.
The Feedback: The second interviewer seemed disengaged and not fully prepared, which made the conversation feel one-sided and difficult to navigate. I've also noticed the position has been reposted multiple times, which gave the impression that the company may be continuously sourcing rather than actively moving forward with candidates. It can be discouraging to invest time in the process when the level of commitment from the hiring side feels unclear.
