I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HealthEquity Inc. (Tempe, AZ) in Jan 2020
Interview
This was a while back, pre-covid. It was rough. I had an initial screening call with the recruiter which turned into an in-person interview. I met with a gentleman named Chuck. It was a great interview, spent a little over an hour there and also met with a supervisor named Duane. Chuck assured me that he wanted me to come back and meet with someone else who was not in on that day. He said that the recruiter would set it up with me. I never heard from the company again, with the exception of the standard "thanks, but no thanks" email, after reaching out a couple times. I have a colleague who had a near identical experience with chuck and the recruiter, who was also ghosted after being reassured they'd be brought back to meet others and move forward in the process. I was disheartened but not surprised that my colleague had the same experience just a few months after me. I am glad it did not work out because I cannot see myself working alongside anyone who has those kind of interview practices.
