A bit overboard for a general operative position. Read from a printout probably found online for a much more technical position. Describe a time when you X, describe when you X. Generic in a way but a 30 minute interview for a basic, underpaid job is pointless. Strangest work culture/people I've ever witnessed in my 15 years of work history.
