Healthy Minds Policy Initiative interview questions

About a week after submitting the initial application, I received an email to schedule a 30-minute phone interview, which I completed. Immediately after the call, I sent a brief follow-up email thanking the hiring manager for their time. 2 weeks later, I had not heard anything, so I sent another follow-up email expressing continued interest and offering to clarify any questions or concerns. I never heard back and only found out the position had been filled by looking at their website a few months later. Bad communication practices.
