Only have 2 process initial and final interview. It has the same usual bpo questions. Initial interview only takes around 5 to 10 minutes via Skype. Currently they have physical office unlike before and they also prioritize people who is willing to work onsite.

Required to go in their office for a face to face initial interview. Very nice HR and fairly easy interview, it's like a casual conversation. The final interview was also on site and interviewer was easy to talk to.
