HeiTech Padu interview questions

Applied Online, Usually the iv will be done in online but idk why am i the only who need to attend offline at Heitech Village (Now Insignia).I go for the software developer protege position Nonetheless, i have to wait for one hour before meeting the staff (i guess they did not expect offline iv). During iv, there are 3 person (The Tech Lead, The HR and Hiring Manager). Tech Lead will ask you about basic technical stuff like OOP, SDLC all what you learnt during Uni. They then will see how you speak, solve problem and what you learn during Uni and Intern. (What you list on the resume is what they will ask, be prepared). There's no technical test. Ultimately, the HR offered me the PMO position and gave me a choice between PMO or Developer, I chose PMO.

HR is not professional at all, inexperienced I'd say. My interviewers also were late, kinda look down on fresh graduates. Overall, bad experience, seems like old school company that does not have good structure.
