Heidi Health interview questions

HR screen followed by Head of Product Interview followed by Live PM Showcase with 2 PMs I never went past HR Screen. HR: Asked me about what I know about Heidi, then in turn explained what Heidi was, which was bizarre. Asked a lot about my product experience and then asked me about what AI tool i use everday. Pretty standard however I had to chase him for him to reject me with "can't proceed". No feedback and I had to chase him. This place needs to respect experienced interviewers more.

The first screening interview was very friendly and relaxed. Didn't hear back within the time frame they gave me, so sent them a quick email and got a quick response. It was polite, and they let me know why my application was unsuccessful.
