Drawn out - first spoke to the recruiter on the 18th of July, and after 4 rounds, and a 7 day wait was finally rejected on 5th September, so it took 49 days. A totally unnaceptable way to waste someones time in my opinion.

Casual but informative for both interviewee and interviewer - both gauging a feeling of if we would be a good fit to work together. Just one or two interview chats, no tasks to complete.
