Hemper interview questions

Got messages from 2-3 different people from the company about the position. Few days later I got a phone interview where the interviewer just read my resume to me and told me he had no questions while rushing me off the phone. He explained that he would get back to me but never did and when I tried to follow up no one responded. This experience was pretty disappointing.
