Lengthy process (7 rounds) + Excel test. Although each round was 30 mins on average. Met a variety of people; from team members to senior management. Some can come across as rude! I guess that comes with the nature of the business (private equity).

First round interview with investment and asset management director. Moved on to case study round - consisted of building a model and IC pitch deck. Moved to next round to present to 2 x directors Final round with one of the partners
