This is my dream company to work for. I was so happy when I spoke with Mr. Yasir over the phone and got the invite for the interview. Mr. Yasir was so kind, and nice. I wish I could work under his supervisor.
I could not sleep the day before the interview day because of nervous. Unfortunately, I didn't do good on the road test, so I didn't pass. The truck I was test drive was the new Peterbilt latest model truck with the manual ship and this was the first time I drove that's why it was not familiar. With over 15 years of experience in truck driving including more than 7 years tanker driver, the manual transmission was not a big problem for me, but somehow the shift got stuck when I drove up the hill, and I felt the test. I hope the company will allow drivers a couple of days to get familiar with the truck or time training like other companies.
Anyway, I would want to thank Mr. Yasir and Mr. Ralph for the time they took to talk to me and test drive me, unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to get a formal interview with Mr. Yasir, it's so sad but thank you for all you did for me.
