Two administrators interviewed me and much of it was very conversational. They were open to answering my questions and spent a great deal of time with me. I felt like they were very transparent.

I was asked to discuss how I would deal with the unique demographics of the school.

Interview
Met with principal and assistant principal. Questions were mainly about my teaching practices and classroom management skills. I wanted to know about class sizes and the courses I would be teaching. All questions were answered to my satisfaction, and I was offered a position the next day.
There was a Panel interview . Took about 30 minutes experience is a must. Glassdoor makes the requirement 30 words so I would just say be yourself and show your personality
