Interview
Filled out an application online and was given a call by an HR rep. They basically go over the company, their values, the perks, as well as the position itself and the responsibilities that come along. I was offered an interview after the 15 minute screening. The interview lasted 15 minutes. We basically ran through my resume, I was asked situational questions. I waited a few hours before receiving a call with the offer. Before anything is official you must take a drug test, then complete some onboarding stuff on a computer. They also definitely do a very thorough background check and they do verify information.

Arrived at one of the Hertz location and interviewed with the location manager. Very friendly and was asked the basic interview questions. The interview took about 30 minutes after the arrival of the location manager. She was at another location .

HR will call and set up an interview with the main office in the area. You'll set down with a Branch Manager and they'll interview you for about 30 Mins.
