Great Phone interview with a great recruiter. the 2 internal interviews we good. then when you apply to be a branch manager 3 more interviews. they hire a lot from with in. (Not a good thing)
Questions we easy for any collage grade but that reflects in the low pay.
In person, one on one interview with basic questions. The first interview was with the area manager, who sent me to a second, same day interview with one of the local branches with another branch manager.
It was a quick 2 step process. Spoke with a recruiter and then GM. They asked similar questions, but the GM interview was more in depth. They wanted to know about my branch numbers and my plan to grow revenue.
informative and very detailed job description. Responsibilities were explained as well. Sales management important to create revenue for company growth. Sales important also helping customers by answer questions. Timely transactions and work speed important dor the role.
