After a week I applied on the careers webpage a manager contacted me by email to come a do an interview.
Interview 1: three different managers were hiring, one for each position, the interview consisted in questions related to various subjects such as personal life, Hewlett Packard Enterprise knowledge, products, various sales related questions e.g. What is indirect sales?. It was quite satisfying since the interview felt like a nice conversation instead of an interview.
After a week an a half, I was contacted and told that it would be a second interview with the Director of the department.
Interview 2: Only one person this time, a very nice woman (the director), she asked me questions more likely regarding why I would like to be in the position, what are my hobbies, what is my role within my family, she also told me to ask her questions, so we talked about her role as director, the department, etc.
In few words I can tell that the interviews in general were really personal an more focused in the passion of working on the position than the abilities or experience itself.
After 2 weeks from there they offered the job.
