Worst experience ever! Don't waste time. I have applied via LinkedIn, On the first day after taking written MCQ kind technical test, they move me for the personal interview. A guy was good, Ask for what is my role in current job and why I want to change job etc. Not any technical questions! After this Female HR cames and told me "Can you please come on next week for Practical Test? And pls carry all documents so we will finish your all formalities after HR round". So I have put leave in next week for just scheduling this practical test. And on that day after waiting for 20 min another person came, check my resume, again ask for the current role, and said wait for a min, then arrogant Male HR came. And said " Thanks XXXX, We will call you in 2-3 days for next round if you are selected. Goodbye". I really don't know what's going on! I was put leave for Practical round and you guys saying that inform you in 2-3 days. Moral of the story: If you know you really don't want to Hire then pls say on face don't waste someone's time by calling for the 2nd round and not asking any questions/practical test.
