Hidden Leaf Games interview questions

2 step interview process. The first interview was conducted by the Art Director and he asked questions in regards to my personal interests as well as the position I’m applying for. The second was a 4 hour period in which I met with multiple team members. Their questions varied based on their positions within the company and they seemed very determined to ensure you fit within their company culture… which was reassuring. They all seemed passionate about their jobs and about making sure you’d fit well with the team.
