I had my telephonic round with the Managing Director followed by a scheduled interview. i was been asked about my past experience and knowledge about the industry vertical and what best practice we can put on board. The SWOT about the company? how soon i can join the company. How much time will it take me to understand the process of business development.

Face 2 Face Interview with RUDE interviewers. They will ask about the latest trends in SEO, Google's webmaster guidelines and Algorithms. Highest turn around in your sales and achievement. And they will act aggressively if you feel they don't agree with your opinion on anything. More of like unprofessional and it sounded bit laughable . The concerned interviewer was extremely rude(Somewhat like a Primary School's Headmaster) Also Later I got to know that the Company born out of a scam(Skynder Soft) and the senior members are very unprofessional and work ethics are low.
