Why higher steaks? What are you looking for in your next role?
Friendly and reasonable interviewers. There are 3 parts to the interview, but I was not selected after the second due to lack of expertise in specific areas. Sounds like a great company to be working for with lots of opportunities. They have huge ambitions and really intelligent group of scientists.
