I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Highwater (Philadelphia, PA) in May 2023
Interview
Was asked to submit a writing test: tag lines and copy for an hypothetical client. I then had a one-on-one online interview a few days later. And if I remember correctly, I also got a phone call later that day. A second (or was it third?) interview was scheduled the next day, titled "meet the team." There were four people in a conference room, two of whom came in late and left early. The questions were pretty standard fare about how I work with designers, conceptualize, collaborate, etc. At the end, they said they will put together an offer. "Will put together an offer" sounded promising to me; so, naturally, I expected to hear back from them. I followed up by email a week and a half later. It's now been well over a month. I have been completely ghosted. ... That's weird, right?

Interview
Mid/senior professionals, BEWARE! To even qualify for an interview, I was sent a "writing exercise" to complete. The description of the exercise was paragraphs long. This may be good for someone who is starting out without a published portfolio, but for a mid/senior role--it is insulting. If they don't value their applicant pool by asking them to do free work, I doubt they value their employees
