Pretty simple. Met with two different directors and went over basic interview questions. Mostly they were asking about my market and existing contacts. There werent any questions that stumped me and since I was coming from a competitor hotel, they asked lots of questions about what type of business they do. You definitely have an edge if you are coming from a competitor to get more money.

Had en interview with the Sales & Marketing VP and it was an enjoyable experience. Focus is on the personality, values, assets & skill sets. They are looking for genuine candidates with team spirit.

If you want to work at a place that values experience, look elsewhere. They want to pay as little as possible so ultimately that brings in garbage managers that dont know what they are doing.
Zoom virtual event with upper management. I waited 45 minutes after scheduled call for interview to begin. The interview was brief and professional and I was encouraged to apply ASAP
