2 interviews. One with night manager and the other with either front of house manager or night supervisor. 1st interview was the basics on my CVs asking what did I do best in my previous job and how I achieved this. 2nd interview felt similar but this time with another person on board

Easy process and completed in 30 minutes, HR and the hiring manager both were available during the interview. They confirmed the hiring outcome within a week. HR discussed salary and job duties.
