Interview
The interview process went well Until, the follow-up. There was was NO follow-up. I had no idea where I stood with the interview. I emailed the team twice and no response. This could have been a teachable moment for Hilton, to let me know where my weakness were in the interview. I expected more from a great company like Hilton.

I was 1st scheduled with talent recruiter to do a phone interview. They basically tell you about the total and go over your work experience. Then, if you’re selected they will schedule you for a second interview with the finance manager at the hotel.
